How You Create WOW Moments) In this role, you’re not just repairing equipment — you’re delivering peace of mind, summer memories, and backyard joy. You’re the hero customers rave about. Your day-to-day magic includes: Performing leak detection diagnostics like a pool detective on a mission Conducting equipment repairs & replacements (pumps, filters, heaters, automation, plumbing — the fun stuff!) Troubleshooting issues with confidence and speed Communicating clearly with customers so they feel informed, cared for, and excited to work with us Documenting findings & work completed through our mobile software Keeping your vehicle, tools, and workspace looking sharp and professional Supporting the team when needed Rocking a Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends EVER (unless you want to grow that income! - but never expected) ⸻ What We Provide (So You Can Focus on Being Awesome) $20-23/hr + Extra Commission + Bonuses Your hustle = your paycheck.
