Foreclosure Paralegal

Job Description Marinosci Law Group, P.C., a national law firm specializing in all areas of the foreclosure process, is seeking a Foreclosure Paralegal with experience in the judgment stage of the foreclosure process. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a workload in a stage within the foreclosure process for our IL portfolio. Additionally, the candidate must have strong customer service skills and be able to respond to client requests via phone, client systems/portals, and emails in a timely manner. Functions and Duties: - Prepare miscellaneous documents for attorney review, approval, and execution - Maintain an organized workload to ensure proper handling of files in a case management system - Must focus on details and accuracy while achieving high productivity - Communicate daily in a professional manner with clients and colleagues - Ability to request and follow up on needed documents - Capable of handling confidential client information in a professional and trustworthy manner - Eager to learn new tasks and contribute to ever aspect of the goals of the team Experience and Education: - Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred - Minimum of 4 years' experience in a law office; Foreclosure experience preferred - Experience in various client systems, such as CaseAware, BKFS (BlackKnight/LPS), Tempo, and VendorScape - Experience in Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams - Ability to build positive relationships with other team members and members across the organization - Comply will all company policies Marinosci Law Group, P.C. practices in 17 states, including AR, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MO, MS, NH, OK, RI, TN, TX and WI Company Description Marinosci Law Group, P.C. is an equal-opportunity employer. xxoysbn Company Description
