MDM Agile Scrum Project Manager
Plano TX
Primary Skill Project Manager Agile Scrum Master
Experience Technical Project management Scrum Master experience in DATA related domains Data warehousing Cloud data migration etc
Must be well versed with Agile project delivery and be able to drive Scrum ceremonies independently
A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software or technology environment
Experience in a scrum master role
Familiarity with software development
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as definition of done user stories automated testing backlog refinement
Team management experience comfortable matrix managing project teams of up to 20 people
Excellent clientfacing skills
Experience of the whole project life cycle able to operate in the initial conceptual design stage in the depths of system testing and at each stage in between
Thorough knowledge of program structuring and work planning
The ability to foster motivation within the project team to meet tight deadlines
The ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions
Exposure to different delivery SDLC methodologies
Ability to Manage the scope change process and issue identificationresolution with all stakeholders
Good to Have
Experience in working with Data Engineering projects and Informatica
Experience in executing MDM projects

Benefits
Compensation range: $ 130,000.00 to 150,000.00 per year
