Master Enterprise Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Master Enterprise Architect to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.This role will shape enterprise technology strategy and guide decision-making across domains in support of long-term business objectives. The position partners closely with senior technology leaders, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to define target states, strengthen governance, and improve operational efficiency. The work also includes evaluating emerging technologies and translating architectural insights into actionable recommendations that support enterprise-scale change.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $167,600 – $279,400 annuallyResponsibilities Collaborate with senior technology leaders to support strategic decision-making Consult to enhance domain technology delivery and operational efficiency Drive the enterprise architecture governance process and influence decisions Synthesize research and recommendations for decision-making Build stakeholder partnerships to define current and target states for domains Lead Agile ceremonies with delivery teams and domain leadership on architecture Research and apply emerging technologies to assess their impactQualifications Bachelor's degree and 9 years of relevant experience, or 13 years of combined education and work experience Strong proficiency in negotiating and influencing senior technology and business leaders 9+ years of experience developing and integrating applications using software architecture principles Experience with architectural frameworks and enterprise architecture tools Proficiency in architecture modeling for domain capability planning Background in software engineering and solution architectureBenefits Promotes a culture of belonging and reflects the brand Maintains internal control standards Encourages timely implementation of audit points and regulatory issues Offers opportunities for professional growth and innovation Involves direct participation with senior leaders in shaping technology strategiesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
