Available PositionsMaintenance Technician-NightsCompany: Marquis Energy LLC | Location: Hennepin, IllinoisApply NowDuties & ResponsibilitiesAdhere to all company safety protocols and participate in periodic Environmental, Health, and Safety training.Respond promptly to equipment issues that impact production and/or safety.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems across various equipment, including motors, pumps, valves, instrumentation, PLCs, centrifuges, heat exchangers, steam-tube dryers, boilers, conveyors, augers, hammer mills, and process tanks and vessels.Perform routine preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.Prioritize tasks through effective communication with the Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Supervisor, and process teams.Utilize the CMMS system to manage tasks and document results effectively.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Technical Training Or Relevant Maintenance Experience Is Preferred.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Demonstrates accountability and upholds high standards in all situations.Commitment to fostering positive relationships and promoting team collaboration.Exhibits dedication to continuous growth, contributing to Marquis’ position as an energy industry leader.Embraces shared responsibility for resources to drive success and stability.Working Conditions & Physical RequirementsAble to work a flexible work schedule with varying days and hours, including call-ins.Able to work outdoors in all seasons and work at heights.Able to climb ladders and stairs and lift up to 100lbsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; hear and speak; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Specific vision requirements including correctable vision to complete work safely.Compensation & BenefitsThe starting wage for this position is $35/hour, with potential adjustments based on skills, experience and qualifications.Medical: Blue Cross Blue Shield of IllinoisHDHP / HSA Plan with employer contributionTraditional PPO Plan / FSA PlanDental: Blue Cross Blue Shield of IllinoisVision-Voluntary: Mutual of Omaha / EyeMedLife and AD&D: Mutual of OmahaOne-time annual salary to a maximum of $200,000Employer-paid premiumShort Term Disability: Mutual of OmahaProvides 60% of earnings, to a maximum weekly benefit of $1,500Employer-paid premiumLong Term Disability: Mutual of OmahaProvides 60% of earnings, to a maximum monthly benefit of $5,000Employer-paid premium401(k) retirement savings plan: FidelityMarquis offers a 5% company matchApply OnlineWe are excited about your interest in joining our team!
