Reichle Klein Group is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting efficient, cost-effective maintenance operations.The Maintenance Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the maintenance team by managing both coordination and administrative tasks. This position acts as a key liaison between maintenance staff, property management, clients, and tenants to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant maintenance workflows. Strong organizational skills and effective communication are essential to maintaining smooth operations and timely task completion.Coordination: Schedule and track maintenance tasks, manage technician calendars, ensure availability of tools and materials, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate maintenance records, input and analyze work orders using software, manage inventory and procurement, track expenses, generate reports, and handle invoice processing.Communication & Support: Serve as liaison between maintenance team, property management, clients, and tenants; provide updates; assist supervisors with planning and compliance; and participate in improvement meetings.Key Performance Expectations: Ensure timely entry and completion of work orders, maintain up-to-date technician schedules, track and report maintenance KPIs, support billing and efficiency targets, and uphold safety and compliance standards.QualificationsAssociate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experienceProficiency with maintenance management software (e.g., AppFolio, CMMS) and Microsoft ExcelExperience in maintenance coordination and administrative roles preferredFamiliarity with maintenance workflows and facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) a plusValid driver's license and reliable transportationIf you're a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional ready to make an impact as a Maintenance Coordinator, we want to hear from you!
