Qualified candidates must have an eagerness to learn and develop a good understanding of the overall sector and industry.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist account managers with pulling together proposals and become proficient with Rapport planning processes and tools to deliver on client objectivesDevelop proficiency in key media measurement tools (ie. Geopath) to deliver effective campaigns and fulfill client needsGather production specs, issue posting instructions, and put together proof of performance documentsBuild an understanding of the financial/operations framework to effectively work with the finance team on billing requestsAttend weekly vendor meetings and become an expert on all OOH formats currently availableBegin building relationships with agency and vendor partners, including scheduling calls and meetingsBe knowledgeable of all Mediabrands Specialty Business Units (SBUs) and their specific area of expertiseRequired Skills & ExperienceProficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, WordDesired Skills & Experience0 to 1 years’ experience within media or related fields preferredAssociate degree or work-related experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a readiness to work in a collaborative environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsSuperior attention to detail and quantitative skillsEagerness to learn and receptive to constructive feedbackAn appreciation/interest in the beauty industry a nice to haveLocation for the position: NYCThis is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.Compensation Range$45,000—$45,000 USDThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
