Medix is partnering with a healthcare facility located in California to hire a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join their mission-driven team. This role focuses on providing high-quality care to an adult population, primarily serving the homeless community. Job Highlights Compensation: Competitive annual salary ranging from $220,000 to $300,000 based on experience.Schedule: Full-time (40 hours) or Part-time (24+ hours). Flexible shifts available: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.No On-Call: Enjoy a set weekly schedule with no on-call or weekend requirements.Patient Volume: Manageable pace of approximately 18 patients per day.Supportive Environment: Work alongside NP/PA support staff with a structured leadership team including an HR Director and Clinical Supervisors.The interview process includes a virtual meeting with the clinical team, followed by an on-site visit and a final virtual interview with the CEO.
