Our ambient AI scribe, intelligent intake agent, and care delivery copilot empower clinicians to focus on patient care—not paperwork.We're a fast-growing, mission-driven healthtech company backed by leaders in healthcare innovation, and we're looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help expand our footprint across health systems, medical groups, and digital health organizations.Role OverviewWe're seeking a motivated BDR with proven experience selling SaaS into health systems and existing relationships or familiarity with major EHR companies. In this role, you'll identify high-value opportunities, build relationships across clinical and operational stakeholders, and bring Noki's AI-powered solutions to market.This position is ideal for someone hungry to grow, energized by a fast-paced startup environment, and passionate about transforming healthcare through intelligent automation.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities across health systems, medical groups, telehealth organizations, and enterprise healthcare customers.Run strategic outbound campaigns using your existing network and knowledge of healthcare decision-makers.Leverage your familiarity with EHR ecosystems to navigate integrations, purchasing pathways, and key partnership channels.Conduct product demos and guide prospective partners through evaluation, pilots, and onboarding.Manage and optimize your sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and clear communication.Collaborate closely with the CEO, GTM leaders, product team, and client success to align customer needs with Noki's platform capabilities.Represent Noki at conferences, onsite meetings, and industry events (travel required).Support proposal development, pricing strategy, contracting, and implementation handoff.Stay informed on AI, clinical documentation trends, and health system workflows to position Noki competitively.Qualifications2–5+ years of SaaS sales experience selling into health systems (must-have).Existing connections, experience, or strong familiarity working with EHR companies (Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, Athenahealth, etc.).Demonstrated success generating pipeline and closing deals in complex healthcare environments.Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, communications, or a related field.Basic understanding of AI capabilities and healthcare documentation workflows (technical depth not required; curiosity is essential).Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Experience supporting customer onboarding or implementation in a healthcare setting.Ability to thrive independently in a dynamic startup environment.Willingness to travel for client engagements and industry events.Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)Background in clinical operations, medical education, health system administration, or digital health.Experience selling to CMIOs, CIOs, clinical documentation leaders, practice administrators, or innovation teams.Familiarity with healthcare compliance (HIPAA, SOC2) and clinical workflow optimization.Understanding of ambient AI, scribing tools, clinical decision support, or automated documentation solutions.BenefitsSignificant growth opportunities with a clear path to Account Executive or Sales Manager roles.Mission-driven work improving clinician wellbeing and reducing administrative burden.Competitive salary + aggressive commission structure.Remote-first flexibility with the autonomy to build and own your territory.Access to continuous learning in clinical AI, workflow automation, and health system operations.Supportive culture with direct access to leadership, quick decision-making, and a collaborative team.How to ApplyApplications will only be accepted via Email Submission!Please send your resume and a brief statement about why you're excited about Noki.ai to sierra.j.varela@thinkhat.ai#J-18808-Ljbffr
