Med-Surg Nurse (RN) in Bella Vista, AR

A 13-week contract opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse with Med Surg experience to work night shifts at a healthcare facility in Bella Vista, Arkansas. This role requires dedication to providing high-quality patient care on a Med Surg unit during overnight hours.Key Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients following established protocols.Monitor patient condition and report changes to the healthcare team.Administer medications and treatments accurately.Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary staff to optimize patient outcomes.Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility standards.Qualifications & Desired Experience:Current RN license with Med Surg experience of 1+ years, recent preferred.BLS certification required.ACLS certification preferred.Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.Ability to work nights from 6:45 pm to 7:15 am, every other weekend.Location Overview: Bella Vista, Arkansas offers a serene and welcoming environment with a blend of natural beauty and suburban comforts.
