Project Manager (Electrical)

Job DescriptionSyracuse NY Based Electrical Contractor is looking for an experienced construction professional to fulfill this Project Management role. Successful candidate will possess expertise in large format residential (multi-family, hotels, etc.), medium and large commercial, as well as institutional, and industrial project experience. Understanding and facility with: NFPA 70, 70E, 72, 101, NYS building codes required, journeyman and/or masters licensing a plus. This individual will use that expertise to ensure compliant operations for the company on its projects while maintaining productivity and profitability and will be responsible for multiple items such as cost control, monthly reporting, planning and job execution, customer relations and management and accountability while working and mentoring its diverse staff. Individuals not experienced in all of the competencies noted can be considered based upon their collection of skills and length of time spent developing them.
