Front Desk Agent at Maumee Bay LodgeAs a Front Desk Agent at Maumee Bay Lodge in Oregon, Ohio, you will be the first point of contact for guests at the hotel. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with check-ins and check-outs, answer guest inquiries, and ensure a smooth experience for all visitors. Rate of pay is $12 per hour. Benefits: PTO Holiday Pay including your birthday Discounted Meal Plan during shift Use of recreation facilities during off time 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Room, Food & Retail Discounts Ongoing Training and Career Development Responsibilities:Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and efficient manner Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally Assist guests with check-out procedures, including processing payments and providing accurate receipts Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments Maintain knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to provide helpful information to guests Handle guest complaints or issues, escalating them to the appropriate supervisor or manager if necessary Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and properly stocked with supplies Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software Availability to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as required About the Company:Maumee Bay Lodge is a well-known hotel in Oregon, Ohio, known for its beautiful location and excellent customer service.
