This role offers a well structured schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to serve a diverse patient population within an established multidisciplinary care model.Job Description:Compensation : $207000 - $269000 Job ID : 44770Job Function:Work a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.Complete one evening shift per week (11:00 AM-8:00 PM), including 8 hours of patient care and a 1-hour unpaid meal break.Work one Saturday per month, with a weekday off provided during that week.Manage a patient volume of approximately 20-25 patients per day.Provide comprehensive adult primary care services.Collaborate with on-site Pediatrics departments for pediatric care support.Deliver women's health services, including GYN and prenatal care, across all sites.Participate in telephone-only call coverage, handled remotely from home.Take call approximately 2-3 weeks per year (about once every six months).Respond to urgent issues escalated by a triage nurse.Follow a schedule distributed six months in advance.Work within an integrated FQHC environment with strong interdisciplinary collaboration.Job Requirements:MD or DO, Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine.Active or eligible New York State medical license.Comfort working in an FQHC or community health setting preferred.Commitment to collaborative, team based care.comfort with teaching and precepting responsibilities.Disclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
