Position Overview As the Medical Director of Hospital Medicine, you ll guide a talented hospitalist team and help shape the future of inpatient care delivery. This full-time, weekday-only leadership position offers professional autonomy, institutional support, and the resources of a top regional health system.Key Responsibilities:Provide visionary leadership for the Hospital Medicine departmentOversee daily hospitalist operations, quality initiatives, and performance metricsCollaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient outcomesChampion hospital safety, compliance, and best-practice standardsMentor, recruit, and retain top physician talentSupport workflow and documentation using Epic EMRMaintain a Monday Friday schedule (approx. hours/week)No nights, no weekends, no call!
