Aprile invites Bartenders to join our team providing amazing food, drink and service to our Guests who are treated like family! Bartender Position Details Aprile is looking for enthusiastic Bartenders to provide an excellent guest drinking and dining experience. The ideal candidate will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding guests’ needs and expectations. Our Bartenders must also have a full knowledge of our extensive menu. Responsibilities / Qualifications Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons, with strong knowledge of liquors, wines and beer. Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks. Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations. Preparation of fruit, juices, all mix ingredients. Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Comply with all food and beverage regulations. Education and Experience Requirements Minimum 21 years of age to sell alcoholic beverages.
