Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manage is responsible for leading strategic, data‑driven marketing initiatives that drive awareness, lead generation, and market share growth across assigned industries. This role serves as MULTIVAC’s subject‑matter expert on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, and develops integrated go‑to‑market strategies across packaging equipment, processing equipment, automation, materials, and digital services. The position is accountable for achieving annual lead‑generation growth of 10% or more, improving lead quality, and increasing marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue. This includes driving year‑over‑year lead growth of 10%+ for each assigned industry across MULTIVAC’s full product portfolio, including thermoformers, tray sealers, chamber machines, portioning/slicing, bakery solutions, materials, automation, and customer service offeringsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and execute annual marketing and promotion plans for each assigned industry.Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for all assigned industries, ensuring alignment with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Global Marketing.Serve as the internal subject-matter expert (SME) for assigned industries and provide ongoing market intelligence.Identify and implement a marketing automation process/program to increase customer touchpoints by 10% annually.Build and maintain relationships with key industry trade publications and media outlets.Manage advertising strategy for both print and digital channels, optimizing spend to maximize reach and lead generation, with a goal of increasing leads by 10% annually.Participate in creative development for assigned industries and Customer Service offerings, ensuring all deadlines are met.Report monthly on product line performance and lead‑generation progress.Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a closely related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience performing responsibilities substantially similar to the essential functions of this role in a B2B environment, is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Able to write clear and effective reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Capable of presenting information and responding to questions from groups such as managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP, C4C, or a similar CRM system is required. Experience with marketing automation tools and Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred.
