You've built and shipped production web applications from frontend to database.Hands-on SQL logic design — non-negotiable. You design and build complex stored procedures, triggers, and master/sub-SP architectures in SQL Server. You translate workflow diagrams and business logic into efficient, maintainable database structures. We use AI tools to accelerate SP development and expect you to work the same way.Security implementation. You think about security from the ground up — data encryption, access controls, secure API design, secrets management, and working within compliance-driven environments (SOC 2, HIPAA, or equivalent). Protecting sensitive enterprise data is in our DNA.Hands-on AI automation work. You've built real workflows, integrations, or tools using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier), or custom AI pipelines — not just \"interested in AI.\"AI coding tools experience. You use Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools to ship faster. You prompt effectively, review AI-generated code critically, and know the difference between good output and plausible-looking garbage.GitHub & GitHub Actions. Git workflows, pull requests, CI/CD pipelines.Self-direction and follow-through. We don't micromanage.
