Guided by our values of safety, loyalty, integrity and respect, we are committed to delivering meaningful value for shareholders, customers, employees and the communities where we operate.The OpportunityThis position supports safe and efficient warehouse, shipping, and inventory operations by operating forklifts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring finished goods and WIP are properly handled, stored, and shipped. The role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting shipping deadlines, and upholding safety, quality, and GMP standards across warehouse operations.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow and model all safety procedures; report hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions immediately.Operate forklifts safely, complete required training, and perform daily equipment inspections.Load, secure, stretch‑wrap, and store finished goods and WIP according to procedures.Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS and AS/400 systems.Complete shipping and receiving documentation, including logs and Bills of Lading (BOLs).Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and assist with month‑end inventory.Inspect trucks and warehouse areas to ensure GMP, quality, and food‑safety standards are met.Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of assigned warehouse areas and equipment.Support shipping operations by filling in for other forklift operators as needed.What You Need To SucceedBasic computer skills.Ability to operate forklifts and complete required training and certifications.Knowledge of AS/400 preferred.Ability to work accurately with shipping documents and inventory systems.Strong attention to detail and accountability.Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when required.Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.What We OfferA workplace culture built on integrity, respect, accountability, and excellence.Comprehensive training, including forklift certification and system training.Competitive compensation based on experience, skills, and performance.A career with a global packaging leader where Safety, Sustainability, and Inclusion are core business drivers embedded in everyday operations.Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or other characteristics protected by state or federal law.
