As a Technical Program Manager, you will use your ability to think strategically and communicate effectively to define and implement project requirements throughout all development stages. You will empower our engineers by ensuring efficiency and adherence to processes and will collaborate across teams to mitigate risks and solve complex problems.How You’ll Make An ImpactSupport engineering department by implementing cross-functional processes and roadmapsCoordinate across teams to develop and clearly communicate project objectives, resource planning, and task assignments Track ongoing project progress and ensure deliverable timelines are metStandardize and maintain departmental processes, workflows, and documentation and ensure consistent team-wide adoptionAssess and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycleUtilize reporting frameworks and dashboards to track goals, OKRs, department-wide metrics, etc.Facilitate continuous learning and development efforts by promoting best practices and ensuring ongoing skill development across teamsQualifications3+ years of experience in technical program managementExperience using Agile project management methodologyTrack record of developing and implementing project plans in a high-growth environmentStrong project management skills and the ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous projectsFamiliar with analyzing data to measure efficiency and continuously optimize processesUnderstanding of technological challenges and risks related to software developmentBenefits$110,000 - $140,000, depending on experienceStock optionsFully remote positionFlexible PTOPaid parental leaveHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life insuranceHSA with company match401k with company matchAt Limble we are solution-oriented and customer-obsessed.
