OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/PM to lead application migration initiatives across data center and cloud environments. The role involves managing end-to-end migration planning, execution, testing, and stakeholder coordination in complex enterprise setups.?? Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage application migration projects (on-prem, VM, cloud)Define scope, timelines, dependencies, and downtime/cutover strategiesLead execution: shutdown, backup, migration, validation, and rollback readinessCoordinate SIT, UAT, performance, and DR testing with QA teamsManage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teamsTrack risks, issues, and progress; provide regular status updatesEnsure smooth post-migration handover, stabilization, and documentation (runbooks/SOPs)Maintain updates in Jira, Confluence, or Asana?? Required Skills7+ years in IT project/delivery managementStrong experience in data center/cloud migrations (non-development)Knowledge of OpenStack or similar cloud environmentsUnderstanding of application dependencies, DB connectivity, security, and licensingStrong communication, stakeholder, and vendor management skillsExperience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana)?? PreferredExposure to cloud modernization (rehost/replatform/refactor)PMP or equivalent certificationLooking for a Project Coordinator and a Senior PM with strong data center/cloud migration experience to drive end-to-end execution, cutover, and stakeholder alignment.
