Accounting ManagerFire Safety and Protection, LLC is in the business of the complete design, fabrication, installation, inspection, maintenance and service of automatic fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems. We are currently experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking an Accounting Manager for our corporate location in Atlanta, GA.The Accounting Manager helps oversee the accounting and finance operations of the company. This includes managing a team of accountants, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).ResponsibilitiesWork with CFO and Controller to prepare and deliver timely and accurate delivery of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and reporting to various external stakeholdersInterface with employees at each branch to collect information needed (customer, vendor, project and service detail, etc.)Ensuring compliance with GAAP and other relevant regulationsDevelop shared services function in the corporate level finance department across A/R, A/P, B/S, collections, etc.Assess current practices and procedures and suggest improvementsCollaborate with Controller to oversee general ledger accounting functionsHelp with year-end audit activities under Controller's directionBenefits401(k)Dental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceLocation:Atlanta, GA 30326: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
