ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop robust software solutions using C#, strong object‑oriented design principles, and modern engineering best practicesBuild and maintain applications using .NET Core, with recent hands‑on development experienceDevelop high‑quality, web‑based solutions leveraging JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or TypeScriptPresent and demonstrate technical solutions to peers and leadership, contributing meaningfully to design discussions across multiple projects and servicesProvide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and configuration support to ensure reliable software deliveryBring creative, forward‑thinking ideas to the table—offering recommendations that leverage emerging and cutting‑edge technologiesCommunicate effectively with managers, engineers, and cross‑functional partnersProduce clear technical documentation, including designs, mockups, and architectural diagramsDeliver software that meets business requirements within defined timelines and quality standardsPreferred Experience & BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, with strong computer science fundamentals7–10+ years of experience in software architecture, software development, and modern engineering practicesSolid understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall*Must be able to work to work a hybrid model onsite in Concord, NC
