The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a team to achieve sales and profitability goals. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, maintaining health and safety standards, controlling inventory, and implementing marketing strategies. The General Manager will also play an active role in team training, performance evaluations, and ensuring an excellent dining experience for all guests.QualificationsProven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.Strong organization and time management skills, ensuring efficient restaurant operations and compliance with health and safety standards.Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Experience in inventory management, financial analysis, and meeting budgetary goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong team and guest relationships.Prior restaurant management experience is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.Commitment to upholding Zaxby's standards of exceptional customer service and quality dining experiences.
