Site ManagerFull-Time | Monday–Friday | Weekly PayWe are currently seeking an experienced, dependable, and professional Site Manager to oversee the daily operations and overall condition of a residential property. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a property, enjoys working independently, and is committed to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.The Site Manager plays an important role in the day-to-day success of the property. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, observant, and able to communicate effectively with residents, vendors, maintenance personnel, and board members. The right candidate will be comfortable walking the property throughout the day, addressing concerns as they arise, and helping ensure operations continue running smoothly and professionally at all times.This is a hands-on position that requires someone who can stay organized, remain focused, and take initiative without constant supervision. If you have previous experience in property management, facilities oversight, maintenance coordination, resident relations, or a similar field, we encourage you to apply.Pay$25–$27 per hourWeekly PayCompensation depends on experience, reliability, professionalism, and previous experience as a Site Manager or in a related property management role.ScheduleMonday–Friday8:00 AM – 4:00 PM30-Minute Lunch BreakThis is a full-time position with a stable daytime schedule.Job ResponsibilitiesThe Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and overall appearance of the property while helping ensure residents and board members receive professional and responsive support.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Walking and inspecting the property regularly throughout the dayMonitoring the condition of common areas, grounds, walkways, and property facilitiesEnsuring the property remains clean, organized, safe, and operating smoothlyAssisting residents with questions, concerns, or property-related mattersWorking closely with board members and helping support their requests and property goalsObserving activity on the property and monitoring who comes on and off-siteReporting maintenance concerns, damages, hazards, or unusual activity promptlyAssisting with irrigation plugs and basic irrigation-related troubleshooting when neededCoordinating with vendors, contractors, maintenance staff, and service providersPerforming light janitorial duties to help maintain cleanliness and appearance standardsFollowing up on property issues and ensuring concerns are addressed in a timely mannerMaintaining a visible and professional presence throughout the propertyProviding strong customer service while maintaining professionalism at all timesHelping ensure residents feel supported and comfortable within the communityStaying organized and managing multiple responsibilities throughout the dayThe ideal candidate understands the importance of professionalism, communication, reliability, and attention to detail in maintaining a successful property environment.QualificationsWe are seeking candidates who are dependable, self-motivated, and capable of handling daily property oversight responsibilities with professionalism and confidence.Preferred qualifications include:Previous experience as a Site Manager, Property Manager, Resident Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, or in a similar roleStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and stay productive throughout the dayProfessional attitude and strong work ethicAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectivelyGood observation and problem-solving skillsBasic maintenance knowledge preferredExperience working with irrigation plugs or irrigation systems is a plusComfortable walking the property and remaining active during shiftsReliable transportation and consistent attendanceAbility to communicate professionally with residents, board members, vendors, and staffDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsCandidates with backgrounds in property management, maintenance, facilities, HOA management, hospitality, security, or residential operations are strongly encouraged to apply.What We OfferCompetitive hourly payWeekly payStable Monday–Friday work scheduleConsistent full-time hoursLong-term opportunity for dependable candidatesProfessional work environmentOpportunity to work independently and take ownership of daily operationsSupportive team environmentWe are looking for someone who genuinely cares about maintaining a property and takes pride in helping create a positive experience for residents and visitors.
