Activations Specialist

Celero Commerce is seeking an Activations Specialist to deliver exceptional support and training to our merchants as they onboard our payment processing solutions. The Activations Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing the end-to-end activation of new merchant accounts. This role ensures accurate setup, timely onboarding, and a seamless transition from approval to live processing. The ideal candidate combines operational discipline, technical proficiency, and strong communication skills to drive efficient activations. As an Activations Specialist, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that guides our clients through activation, training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
