iMile is looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team in Miami, USA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in logistics operations, particularly in sea freight and air freight, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end supply chain processes.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily logistics and operations activities across sea and air freightManage shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveryCoordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teamsMonitor operational performance and implement process improvementsEnsure compliance with local and international shipping regulationsLead and support the operations team to achieve targets and KPIsRequirements:Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operationsStrong background in sea freight and air freight operationsExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and leadership skillsExperience in the USA market is a plus
