This critical role ensures worker safety and scaffold stability.Responsibilities:Assemble and dismantle scaffolding per blueprints and safety guidelinesInspect and maintain scaffold components for safetyFollow OSHA and company safety standardsCoordinate with teams to meet project deadlinesAdapt scaffolding to changing project needsQualifications:Proven experience in scaffold assembly (commercial/industrial preferred)A pre-employment drug screen will be required for this position.Knowledge of scaffold safety standards and componentsAbility to read blueprints and work at heights in various conditionsReliable transportation, own harness, and steel toe bootsPreferred: OSHA 10/30 or Scaffold Builder CertificationMEMCO is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
