In this role, the Full-Stack Web Developer will work on internally developed web-based solutions for the collection, integration, analysis, and presentation of business information. These solutions are critical for the organization to reduce cost, streamline operations, and increase productivity. Provide full-stack support of existing web-based tools including customer support, training, investigating issues, and implementing technical solutions. Develop new solutions that cover the full project lifecycle including gathering customer requirements, implementing technical solutions, managing stakeholders, deploying solutions, training users, and providing long-term support. Troubleshoot user-reported or system issues and collaborate with appropriate support teams to resolve issues. Facilitate feedback sessions on existing processes and tools to drive continuous improvement.
