Summary:We are seeking a board-certified Gastroenterologist to join our patient-centered, outpatient-focused healthcare practice in Oregon. The ideal candidate will provide expert evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of gastrointestinal conditions, perform outpatient procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include patient education, accurate documentation, participation in quality initiatives, and limited on-call support. Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a compassionate, team-oriented approach are essential. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of gastrointestinal conditions in an outpatient clinic setting. Perform outpatient procedures such as colonoscopies, endoscopies, and other minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists to coordinate patient care. Educate patients on disease management, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with medical, legal, and regulatory standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development. Provide on-call support as needed (minimal inpatient coverage may be required). Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board-certified in Gastroenterology. Valid medical license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Oregon. Strong outpatient clinical and procedural skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
