With this industry growth, Certified ADAS LLC is seeking a Billing Lead with experience in the automotive industry, accounting clerk work, and accounts receivable management. This position offers a chance to take on greater responsibility and contribute to our dynamic finance team.
Position Overview:
As a Billing Lead at Certified ADAS, you will take on a pivotal role in overseeing our billing operations and assisting with accounts receivable functions. You will ensure accurate invoicing for clients in the Phoenix market and help manage the company's financial health by monitoring payments and assisting in collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Generation: Use billing software to generate accurate invoices for clients. Ensure invoices reflect services provided, following contractual terms.
Accounts Receivable Support: Assist in monitoring outstanding payments, sending reminders, and following up with clients on overdue accounts. Collaborate with the finance team to maintain positive cash flow.
Invoice Auditing: Regularly review invoices to ensure precision and compliance with contracts and company policies. Resolve discrepancies efficiently by working with internal departments.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized and comprehensive records of all invoices, payments, and audit reports.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.
Experience as an accounting clerk and proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
Previous experience with accounts receivable and billing processes.
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
Proficiency in billing and accounting software (knowledge of Omega EDI is a plus).
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Necessary Skills and Experience:
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
