This role works closely with the VP of Marketing to assist in organizing, implementing, and maintaining marketing campaigns, communications, and departmental operations.This position plays a critical role in ensuring marketing efforts run efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include coordinating projects, managing schedules and vendors, maintaining organized records, supporting internal and external communications, and assisting with campaign creation and execution across multiple channels.Operating with strong attention to detail and organization, this role ensures marketing initiatives, materials, and processes align with Montana Credit Union’s brand standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational priorities.Guided by Montana Credit Union’s core values of Innovation, Dedication, Empowerment, and Authenticity, this individual contributes to consistent, professional marketing operations that support both member engagement and internal communication.Guided by Montana Credit Union’s core values of Innovation, Dedication, Empowerment, and Authenticity, this role contributes to meaningful member experiences by building trust, providing timely and accurate information, and proactively identifying products and services that align with members’ financial needs. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in marketing, administrative support, or a related field preferred.
