Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for Licensed Real Estate Agents, based in Pasadena, CA, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. In this role, you will manage client relationships, represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include showing properties, conducting property evaluations, staying up to date on market trends, negotiating contracts, and guiding clients through the entire buying or selling process. You will also collaborate closely with the property management team to support operational goals. Qualifications Valid Real Estate LicenseExpertise in Real Estate and Real Property managementProven skills in Sales and Customer ServiceKnowledge of local real estate markets and regulationsStrong networking and marketing capabilities to build client relationshipsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentProficiency in relevant software and technology tools is a plus
