Quality ManagerLocation: Oxford, CTHours: Monday-Friday on siteIndustry: Medical Device ManufacturingPay: $120,000-135,000 DOEWe are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function within a high-volume environment. You will own the QMS, ensure ISO and customer compliance, drive continuous improvement, lead the quality team, manage audits, and resolve customer issues while supporting overall production performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the Quality team including inspectors, technicians, and engineersMaintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring compliance with ISO standardsOversee internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory auditsManage customer and supplier quality concerns, ensuring timely corrective actionsLead root cause analysis, CAPA activities, and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure all products meet customer specifications through effective inspection and process controlCoordinate metrology, calibration, and process validation activitiesMonitor, report, and drive improvement of key quality metrics and KPIsCollaborate with engineering and production teams on new product introduction and process improvementsPromote quality standards and customer requirements across the businessQualifications and Experience required:Injection molding manufacturing experience is requiredBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredMinimum 6+ years' experience in quality assurance within manufacturingMinimum 3+ years' experience leading or managing a teamStrong knowledge of ISO quality systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 preferred)Experience with audits, CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvementUnderstanding of GD&T and metrology principlesStrong communication and leadership skillsHow To ApplyContact: Sam WildOffice: 945-256-5118Job reference number: 2692If you would like to find out more, simply click apply.This position is commutable from: Waterbury, Naugatuck, Seymour, Southbury, Beacon Falls, Ansonia, Derby, MiddleburyRelevant Job Titles: Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Control Manager, Quality Systems Manager, Manager Quality, Head of Quality, Manager of Quality, Quality LeaderAll applicants must live in the USA and be eligible to work and live in the USA.
