Roving Property Manager

AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to serve as a Roving Affordable Housing Property Manager in the Fresno, CA area. The roving manager will be expected to travel up to 50 miles daily (with reimbursed mileage) to different apartment communities, and occasionally further for special projects. Experience in housing (RD/LIHTC/HUD) is necessary.This is a Full-Time position at 40 hours a week.Starting pay is $25.00 - $26.00 per hour DOE.Requirements:Reliable TransportationAuthorized to work in the United StatesAccess to a personal smartphone with email, messaging and app functionality.
