Peregrine Delmar Place - Schedule: Full Time (Saturday-Wednesday)Salary: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour – based on experienceBenefits:Generous PTOPaid Holidays and Floating HolidaysAetna Health Insurance, including medical, dental, and visionChild Care ReimbursementCompassionate PTO Donation ProgramFlexible SchedulingEmployer Paid Life InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramPTO Cash Out ProgramRetirement Plan – 401(k) with company matchWe are currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented full-time Housekeeper.Housekeeper Responsibilities include:Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rightsCleans public areas and resident's apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areasSweep and vacuum all assigned areasPerforms all housekeeping duties, following a cleaning schedule and instructions as directed by supervisorClean and/or polish all room furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/air conditioning units in resident rooms and all public areasHousekeeper Education & Experience:One year of related experience in a similar environment with on-the-job-training preferredAble to operate cleaning equipment such as mangle, iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc. as requiredMust be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job requiredCompany Overview:Peregrine Senior Living is known for their innovative leadership in revolutionizing care for the elderly.
