This position is based at ProSource of Buffalo and offers competitive compensation, bonus potential, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.What You’ll DoTrack and manage the status of kitchen & bath projectsPlace, monitor, and follow up on all K&B product ordersCommunicate effectively with the sales team, customers, and contractorsMaintain the appearance and organization of showroom K&B displaysPrepare and present product selections and design solutions to customersDevelop and maintain detailed project documentation and updatesBuild product knowledge across K&B categories and materialsGenerate quotes and ensure accurate order processingAssist with design work using 20/20 software as neededParticipate in educational and networking events for trade professionalsYou Might Be a Great Match If You Have:Experience in sales and/or customer serviceAt least 1 year of kitchen and bath design experienceConfidence in preparing and presenting product selections to clientsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent verbal communication and professional demeanorProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communicationAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (preferred)Experience with 20/20 design software (a plus)RFMS experience (a plus)Who We Are ProSource Wholesale is one of the largest flooring and kitchen & bath suppliers in North America, with over 145 showrooms across the United States and Canada—and growing.
