The Production Lead will provide feedback and will interpret and enforce company safety rules. This position is a combined leadership and production position with 65-75% of the work day leading a production labor crew.Job ResponsibilitiesBalance team and individual responsibilitiesContribute to building a positive team spiritExamine and inspect work progress and equipment to verify safety and ensure that specifications are metEstimate material and worker requirements to complete jobs; supervising, training and scheduling employeesCoordinate tasks for the completion of operationsSubstitute for workers during worker absence or to relieve work-congested areasOther duties may be required as neededJob RequirementsMinimum high school diploma or equivalent3 or more years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced construction/heavy industrial or manufacturing environmentAbility to manage priorities and workflowAbility to perform basic mathematical skills such as calculating percentages and volumesProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the dayCompensationThe hourly pay rate is $23-$34/hr.
