JAVA Digital Software Engineering Group Manager

Overview In this role you lead the Digital Software Engineering group, directing multiple full-stack teams to deliver scalable software across business lines. You shape technical strategy, architecture, and delivery standards to align with Citi’s objectives. You’ll mentor engineers, drive cloud and microservices initiatives, and ensure secure, resilient systems. This is a hands-on leadership role at scale, offering impact across platforms and cross-functional collaboration.
