SNFist Opportunity in Baltimore suburb10 miles to downtown Baltimore40 miles to Annapolis1 hour to DC90 miles to PhiladelphiaJoin a private group of 12 physicians and 8 NP's for their Skilled Nursing Facilities.DetailsImmediate start dateFull-time permanent positionSkilled Nursing Facility (SNF) ONLY (3 locations)Flexible day time schedule and can make up your own working hours.Monday to Friday.See about 20 patients dailyWork independently as a private Attending Physician with support staff of CRNPCall:CRNP support to take phone calls daily Monday through Friday.Phone calls to be taken by the MD only when the CRNP is off or on vacation during week dayNo week night calls Monday thru FridayOne weekend a month on call only to round in SNF on Saturday and Sunday. (you make up your own hours to come and go as you like to only to see 13 to 15 patients each day on the weekend). No phone calls on weekend. CRNP will take phone calls.Full transcription support where provider dictates using a digital recorder and the transcriptionist will type all the notes into the EMR. No need to do any EMR notes or take home any work.Open to: BE/BC Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric trained physiciansOffer:Employed positionBase salary $225-230k base salary IG DOEGoodwill Bonus plus QM Bonus (Quality Metric Bonus for the 20 patients seen) can make 7K-12K in bonusIncentive bonus/productive bonus - If see more patients than 20 each additional patient visit is paid based on RVU based payment model.Four Weeks of PTO which includes one week of CME.
