Physical Therapist Location: Bishop, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,764 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/22/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: PT Specialty: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 08:00 - 18:30 Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience License: Current Physical Therapist license in California Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification Must-Have: Outpatient orthopedic experience Current California Physical Therapist license by start of contract Current CPR/BLS certification Description: Must have recent experience in outpatient orthopedics. Days needed: 4 days per week, 08:00 - 18:30. One weekend on-call per month from 07:00 - 09:00. Patient caseload is primarily outpatient, focusing on orthopedics, general deconditioning, balance/fall prevention, and other diagnoses depending on PT's skills. Care is primarily one-on-one with patients. Inpatient/acute care responsibilities as needed. EMR system used is Cerner. Preferred experience includes inpatient/acute care (training/mentoring provided if needed) and other PT specialty areas such as pelvic health, vestibular rehab, outpatient neuro rehab, pediatrics, and/or lymphedema. The position may require floating to other units as needed. Responsible for patient evaluation, plan of care formulation, and treatment administration. Interacts with all departments and medical staff while maintaining confidentiality. Must conduct business ethically and report any knowledge of fraud or abuse. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills are required to prioritize workload and develop solutions. Basic computer knowledge is essential, including familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
