You will be responsible for managing and nurturing leads, conducting follow-up communications, and scheduling appointments for our sales department. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for delivering an outstanding car-buying experience.Responsibilities:Lead Management: Handle inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.Customer Engagement: Build rapport with potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences.Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments for prospective buyers to visit the dealership for test drives and consultations.Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and guide customers through the sales process.Database Maintenance: Update and maintain customer information in the dealership's CRM system.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and a smooth handover of leads.RequirementsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.Dedication to providing an excellent customer experience.Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments.Basic understanding of sales processes and a willingness to learn.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offEmployee discounts on vehicle purchases and servicesOpportunities for career advancementAll applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks and drug test.
