Process Technician

JOB SUMMARY: The Process Technician is responsible for performing equipment maintenance, supporting production operations, and ensuring safe and reliable processes in a manufacturing environment. This role involves following production plans, maintaining equipment performance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives while working independently and within a team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Equipment Maintenance & Operations Perform weekly maintenance to ensure equipment safety and reliability Monitor and support production processes as per plans Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment or process issues Production Support Follow production schedules to meet customer requirements Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency Support continuous production flow Team Collaboration Work both independently and collaboratively within the team Maintain professionalism and resolve team conflicts effectively Contribute to a positive and productive work environment Continuous Improvement Participate in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives Support operational excellence and efficiency improvements Work Requirements Be flexible to work 2nd or 3rd shifts based on business needs Be available for occasional weekend or on-call support Stand for extended periods during shifts REQUIRED SKILLS: Basic mechanical aptitude Attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and production plans Strong teamwork and communication skills Adaptability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment PREFERRED SKILLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments EXPERIENCE: 0–2 years of relevant experience (entry-level to junior) EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED (mandatory) Education: High School
