Java Tech Lead (Java-Middleware)

Overview In this role you will design, develop and integrate Java/J2EE-based applications within a small team, ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards. You will collaborate with stakeholders and offshore teams to balance system goals with project needs, while advancing technical skills and adopting best practices. The position emphasizes hands-on development, architectural thinking, and contributing to a financial services context when applicable. You will shape solutions that scale and maintain high quality across modules and interfaces.
