Position OverviewWe\'re looking for a Technical Project Manager who sees their role as a servant to the team someone whose instinct is not to push harder, but to ask why something is hard in the first place. This role is about removing friction, building systems, and helping people do their best work. What You\'ll Spend Your Time DoingSupporting teams by identifying where work is getting stuck and whyDesigning and improving workflows, tooling, and automationBuilding or configuring systems (often with low-code or no-code tools) to reduce manual overheadUsing tools like JIRA as inputs not as the source of truthPartnering closely with engineers to understand technical constraints and realitiesHelping leadership see what\'s actually happening inside the workUsing AI and automation thoughtfully to improve visibility and flow The Kind of Background That Fits WellPeople who succeed in this role often have experience such as:Building automations using low-code / no-code tools or lightweight scriptingWorking in technical environments where ambiguity was the normActing as a bridge between engineers and leadershipImproving systems rather than managing peopleLeading with empathy and curiosity instead of pressureCoding experience is welcome but not required.
