Our teams play a vital role in creating safe, welcoming, and engaging environments for residents.We are seeking a motivated, eager to learn individual to support our recruiting efforts and help attract compassionate, high-quality talent to our communities.Position OverviewThe Recruiting Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team by assisting with high-volume hiring for roles within our senior living communities, including caregiving, dining, housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative positions. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruiting, human resources, and healthcare-related operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with posting job openings on job boards, social media, and community platforms Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach via phone, email, and text Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers at community locations Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Support job fairs, campus recruiting events, and local hiring events Help develop recruiting materials such as flyers, social media posts, and email templates Track recruiting metrics and prepare basic reports Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team as needed QualificationsQualificationsCurrently enrolled in a college or university in ARIZONA OR UTAH (preferred majors include Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related fields) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional phone and email etiquette Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Comfortable working with confidential information Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Interest in recruiting, HR, healthcare, or senior services preferred What You’ll GainReal-world recruiting and HR experience in a growing healthcare industry Exposure to high-volume and community-based hiring Development of professional communication and interviewing skills Mentorship from experienced HR and recruiting professionals Opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping staff communities that care for older adults
