Your JobKoch Technology is looking for a Product Owner to lead a Product team and partner closely with the HRS capability specializing in the HCM product to deliver on a technology roadmap, and transformation of work processes. As a Product Owner on the HRT team, you will be responsible for supporting the vision and key strategies of Koch Technology and the Koch businesses to create an aligned vision and operating model that enables Koch Technology to become a more strategic partner to the businesses – enabling accelerated delivery of solutions the create value that aligns with business priorities and outcomes.Our TeamThe Koch Technology HRT team is responsible for empowering Koch businesses to deliver effortless and highly valuable services in all shapes and forms via experimentation, automation, and data. We must work as a global team, seek ways to breakdown silos, and leverage individual and team aptitudes to create a competitive advantage and exceptional value for our customers.Location: This role can be located in Wichita, KS / Atlanta, GA and requires an onsite presence with flexibility.This role is not eligible for VISA sponsorship What You Will DoWork cross functionally to enhance the employee experience and drive operational efficienciesCollaborate with key stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutionsWork closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product featuresConduct acceptance testing and gather feedback from internal users to iterate and improve the productPartner with the HCM process owners to drive innovation and best practicesWork with businesses and stakeholders to create and own a product roadmap that is well socialized and aligned with business value and the Koch Technology visionInfluence outcomes and processes based on business valuesWork cross functionally with KCC leadership, business, and external partnersDefine and measure successSell and promote successes and key achievementsStrategize and collaborate on cross-functional projectsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Ability to challenge, influence stakeholders, and prioritize backlogsExperience and understanding of Agile methodologyStrong coordination and facilitation skills to support and drive multiple initiativesAbility to own the product roadmap, align with internal stakeholders on priorities and champion your team’s visionAbility to make data driven decisionsExperience leading small to mid-scale projects or implementationsWhat Will Put You AheadFunctional understanding of HR Systems, specifically Human Capital Management (HCM), Infor HCM.Design Thinking experience and applicationExperience in enhancing user experiences via application or process implementationExperience working with remote and global teamsAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
