Maintenance Technician

📍 Conover, NC ⏱ 6-Month Contract 🕕 Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PMWe’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical experience and basic electrical knowledge to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, equipment inspection, lubrication, and component replacement to ensure smooth production operations.🔧 What You’ll Do: ✔ Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) on production equipment ✔ Inspect, clean, and maintain machinery (belts, bearings, filters, oil levels) ✔ Identify worn parts, leaks, and potential issues ✔ Follow LOTO procedures and safety protocols (PPE required) ✔ Maintain accurate maintenance records✅ What We’re Looking For: • Mechanical maintenance experience • Basic electrical knowledge • Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments • Familiarity with LOTO and safety compliance📌 Interviews required – Immediate openings!
