CarpenterPay : $25/hourLocation : Harrisburg PAJob Type : Direct PlacementJob DescriptionThis role focuses on performing high-quality carpentry and restoration work on residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by wind, flood, or fire. The carpenter takes ownership of finishing tasks such as drywall, painting, and trim installation, while also supporting demolition activities when needed. The position requires strong technical carpentry skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to use digital tools to manage work orders and document project progress in real time.ResponsibilitiesPerform a wide range of carpentry tasks on residential and commercial properties, including hanging and finishing drywall, painting, and installing trim, windows, and doors.Support demolition work as needed, including flood cutting and removal of damaged materials such as baseboards, cabinets, doors, and other structural elements.Construct appropriate containment to control construction dust, dirt, and airborne contaminants in the work area to protect occupants and property.Move, protect, and handle contents and personal property carefully to avoid damage during restoration activities.Apply learned skills and material knowledge related to trim, doors, cabinetry, insulation, rough framing, acoustical ceilings, roofing materials, and exterior siding to daily tasks.Apply today if you are laid off, or seeking your next long-term opportunity in the Carpentry field.
