SAP EWM Consultant

BCTG's direct client is undergoing a major warehouse transformation moving away from a highly customized 20-year-old ECC warehouse solution to standard SAP EWM with enhanced integration across ECC, S/4 Decentralized EWM, XPS, WES, and related systems.Must be able to go onsite 3 days per week every other week. More frequently if local.As part of this journey, we’re looking for two senior-level leaders to drive end-to-end warehouse process design, integration, and execution:🔹 Outbound Process Lead (Picking, Packing, Shipping, Carrier/3PL Integration)🔹 Inbound/Internal Process Lead (Inbound, Putaway, Movements, Replenishment, Inventory)What You’ll Do• Lead end-to-end EWM process design across inbound or outbound domains• Drive adoption of standard SAP EWM, reducing reliance on legacy ECC customizations• Own solution design, process mapping, testing, cutover, and deployment• Ensure seamless integration across ECC, S/4 Decentralized EWM, XPS, WES, and other systems• Partner with business, warehouse operations, and technical teams• Facilitate workshops, resolve cross-functional challenges, and guide process transformation• Support a large-scale program targeting May 2027 go-liveRequired:• 10+ years of SAP EWM experience• Deep expertise in either Outbound/Shipping or Inbound/Internal Warehouse Processes• Strong integration experience across ECC and warehouse execution systems• Proven track record leading complex warehouse transformations• Ability to challenge custom solutions and drive standardization• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
