Job Title : Project Manager - PayrollDuration : 6-7 months with possible extensionLocation : 5725 Innovation Drive, Troy, MI, USA, 48098Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Project Manager to lead the migration of our U.S. payroll operations from ADP Workforce Now to ADP Global View, with a targeted go-live date of January 1, 2027. This role will oversee end-to-end payroll implementation, including Workday HRIS integration, benefits vendor transitions, data migration, testing, compliance, and stakeholder management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead payroll migration from ADP Workforce Now to ADP Global ViewManage project scope, timelines, risks, milestones, and stakeholder communicationCoordinate payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors throughout implementationOversee payroll data migration, system configuration, testing, validation, and go-live activitiesEnsure compliance with payroll regulations and internal controlsSupport GL interface mapping with Oracle ERPMaintain project documentation, status reporting, and process sign-offsDrive change management and user adoption initiativesQualifications5+ years of payroll implementation and payroll operations experienceStrong project management skills with experience handling complex implementationsHands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or ADP Global View preferredKnowledge of Workday integrations and payroll complianceExcellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related fieldPreferred SkillsExperience with enterprise payroll migrationsStrong analytical and reconciliation skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment
